You may have gathered by now, I'm Bianca!
I specialize in providing mental health therapy and coaching services for individuals with autoimmune and long-term conditions. As a Certified Autoimmune Coach and Accredited Psychotherapist, I am dedicated to assisting you in overcoming the emotional, mental and physical challenges that accompany living with autoimmune disease so that you can shift from "barely surviving " to THRIVING !
What led me to my purpose? I suffered for 10 years with debilitating symptoms before I was diagnosed with a connective tissue disease. I experienced low mood, anxiety and unresolved trauma. Once I started to pay attention to and manage my physical and mental health... the fatigue, wobbly painful joints, skin rashes and brain fog started to go away. I started to get my life back and started to feel, dare I say it, NORMAL AGAIN.
